    Boxty Bread:- or "Rasp"
    Ingredients: 6 or 8 large potatoes,
    4 ozs flour, salt & milk.
    Method: Peel and grate the potatoes finely. Then squeeze and free from muslin cloth. Put the potatoes in a basin. Add flour, salt and sufficent milk to make a batter. Fry as pancakes on well greased pan or griddle and serve hot with fresh butter.
