    churns and nogins. Nogins were made for eating every kind of porridge out of. There were two iron hoops on the noging. There was a piece of iron comming out of the hoop for a handle. The iron hoops were always kept very bright as the were cleaned with sand.
    The Danes in this district long ago had a precious secret which they could make beer out of heather. When the Danes were going from this district they were all gone except those two Danes. Some men asked them how were the making the beer. One of the Danes said to kill the other Dane and he would tell them how the beer was made. When the killed the other Dame the Dane would not tell them, but he said they could kill him becasue he would not tell them.
