    There is no entrance on it but there was a good many years ago. A big mound of earth that was over the hole fell in and closed the opening. It is believed, that this fort was built by the Danes. When there were wolves and wild animals in Ireland the Danes built this fort for shelter, and put bushes in it to keep the wild animals away, and the bushes are in it still.
