- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)although in old graveyards there are some old tombstones built since sixteen hundred and twelve.
There is one in Ardenew erected in memory of a family of the name of Walsh Rathcoare, Enfield, and it dates as far back as sixteen hundred and eight. The stone is disfigured and the print can hardly be read.
There is another in Castlerickard very uncommon but not very old. It was erected in memory of the Swift family. It is built over a vault, and is three corner shaped, and it covers the vault at the ground. It is built twenty feet high, with a hollow inside. It is built of light flagranite and rainproof.
There is also a round hill over forty feet high, beside the graveyard of Castlerickard, like as if it was built(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Bailitheoir
