    4. When the swallow fly low it is the sign of rain
    5. A rainbow in the morning a Shepherd's warning, a rainbow in the night Shepherd's delight
    6. When the north wind blows we will have snow
    7. The seagulls are always behind the plough and the crows in front when the seagull are in front and the crows behind there will be rain
    8. When there is a thick fog at night the next day will be fine
    9. When a mans corn are sore it is a sign of rain
    10. When there are haws on the trees it will be a bad winter
