    An American visitor landed at Limerick. An Irishman was conducting him around the city. On the way he was boasting to Paddy about the wonders of America. Paddy took him to see the Shannon. "If we had that river over in America we would make some use of it" says the visitor. "Do you want it over there" says Paddy. "Most certainly we do"
