    There is an old legend common in this district that when the Holy Family was
    from Herod into Egypt, they hid in a cave behind some nettles growing in it
    Herod’s soldiers were following them, and when they saw the cave they were about to enter and search it when the leader noticed a spider’s web all across the entrance.
    He said it would be waste of time to search it as no one could have gone in there without dashing aside the spider’s web
    He thought the web should have been spun long before that day, but it must have
