    Great Damer supposed to be one of the last of the Norse lived in Dundrum Co. Tipperary.

    Great Damer supposed to be one of the last of the Norse lived in Dundrum
    Co. Tipperary. He was a cooper by trade in his early life. One day he went to a miller to buy timber. The miller gave him boxes full of grease. Damer took the boxes willingly and said that they would light the fire, or that the grease would help to grease the car, if they would not make the coops.
    When he went home and opened the boxes what did he find inside the grease but gold sovereigns. He hid the gold and told nobody except his wife
