    she could hardly tell him, and between crying praying and laughing, he under-stood she had her sight back. She told him all that had happened, and how, when she rubbed the water to her eyes, she could see everything around her, and Tom himself turning the hay in the distance. About thirty yards out from the well, the both went on their knees, and thanked God, and his Blessed Mother, rising, they walked about ten yards more, out from the well, and again went on their knees, and prayed, rising again, they walked about ten more yards towards the meadow, and so great was their joy, that they dropped on their knees the third time and fervently thanked God, and his Blessed Mother, for restoring her sight. Every year after that as long as Mary was able, on that Monday in July, she came to that little field in Kilshane and kneeling by the well, she thanked God, and his Blessed Mother, and washed her eyes with the water of Sundays Well.
