    man asked johnny what he wanted the axe for. Johnny said he wanted it to chop off the noses of all the people who would enter the wood.
    Johnny lifted his axe and snapped the ear of the poor man. He went home.
    Very few people wished to enter the wood again when they saw the mishaps of the other two men, so Johnny MaGorey lived in the wood in peace and comfort for thousands of years.
