  1. My home district is Scart it is in the parish of Cappagh. There are only five families in the townland, and the name Mac Donnell is the most common. Seventeen is the number of people in the district. They nearly all live in slated houses. There are only two old age pensioners in the district, and they do not know Irish.
    My home district, is not a very wooded one, and the river deel runs by the Western side of it. It is said that when hunting a whiper tried to cross this river, but when he reached the bank at the other side. He fell into the river and the horse
