  1. Once upon a time there lived a man who was very fond of rambling at night. One night very late as he was coming home from a neighbours house he was startled by a terrible noise in a neighbours field. He stood for a minute to see what was there. In this field there was a crowd of fairies with pieces of sticks in their hands and they singing "Over to England". The man seeing and hearing the fairies do this said to himself he should like to have a try.
