  1. Dungeehy Forts
    There is a fort in my Locality by the name of Dungeehy. It is stated in local history that a man by the name of Roche dreamt that in this fort there was a great cask of gold hidden under a big flag. Roche only took this as a dream and thought no more of it. The next night Roche dreamt of the Gold again and the dream told him to take a lantern, pick-axe, spade, and shovel and go to the fort between twelve and one oclock. He left this pass also, but the third night he dreamt the same thing. Then he made up his mind to go to the fort. About half-Past eleven the
