  1. There is only one holy well in this parish. People go there on St. John's day and the following Sunday. A decade of the Rosary is said there by the people in five different places.
    There is a story told about the well that it removed from Donoughmore to its present in Garryadeen. The reason why it removed was a man greatly disrespected it. It removed at night.
    The Saint of the well is St.
