    When ever you see a new moon if you have money take it out and turn it over in your hand. They say you would have money as long as the moon would last.
    They say it is unlucky to meet a lone magpie and tis lucky to meet a pair of them.
    If you spill salt you have bad luck and if you break a mirror you would have bad luck for seven years.
