   Tobar an Teine in Glenrath is a fine clear spring well; it is called locally Tobar na Teine. About sixty five years ago the farmer got some three of his workmen to make a drain near the well as part of the field was marshy there. After a day's work the three men went to bed as usual but when called in the morning they were unable to rise. The feet of the three were black and swollen. One of the men Timothy Buckley known as Tady Buckley was not quite as bad as the other two; he struggled toward the drain they had made on the previous day and began to close it again. The pains left his feet and when the ground was put in the same state as it was, the
