    the well. On the branches spreading over the well there were three monks hanged.
    There was a church in Dromtarriffe, Banteer, County Cork where the priest said mass. One day the soldiers found out that mass was said there. They watched and while mass was being celebrated they barred the door and windows, and set the church on fire.
