nervous about making a general confession. When the first person came out after confession a woman said "What kind is he?" The other said "He is like a pick axe".
The priest in the box heard this and that same night when giving his lecture, he repeated what he had heard them say. "If I was like a pick axe today" he concluded "I'll be like a crow bar tomorrow".

  2. An Irish farmer has a cow which it was almost impossible to milk; because she was so restless. At last he said, he would sell her; and he sent his workman to the fair with her. The man returned home with a lot more money than the farmer had expected. " Did you tell the truth about the cow"? asked the farmer.
"I did", replied the man. "The man asked me if she gave plenty of milk; and I said, "Man you'll be tired to death with the milking of her".
