  1. John Twiss lived at Castleisland Co. Kerry, every person had great subicion on him for every murder etc, it is said that he murdered James Donovan, this man was a "caretaker", why the murder took place:-
    There were a family of Kenneallys living in a farm at Glenlaura, and they refused to pay the rent, so the landlord evicted them, and he put James Donovan minding the farm, and paid him so much per week, off and on guards came to him to see if he was safe from the Kenneally Family because they were very mad when they saw Donovan being put to mind the farm because they said it was Donovan made the Landlord, evict them so as he could get the job of minding the farm Twiss was known principally as a moonlighter- means:-
    A person who comes around to houses disguised and would take all the "ammunition" in the house, and sometimes burn the house, kill the people of the house, So Twiss went to Donovan disguised so as he would not know him, and asked for the ammution and then
