  1. There was a Twohig man living in Mushera who used to go out moon-lighting. And one day the police were taking him. His brother fired a shot at them and he said let ye take that. Then they fired shots after him and he escaped over a high furzy ditch and they gave the day trying for him for they thought he was inside in the ditch somewhere. The next thing they heard was that he was after landing in america. It was Doctor Tanner that sent him over inside in an egg box with a label on it. Doctor Tanner was a member of Parliament for mid-Cork.
