  1. There are a number of names on the fields in the townland of Dunagloor in the parish of Millstreet.
    The names of some them are the, (Rock field) the (Fort field) (Paírc na Leasa) (Paírc na gadra) (Paírc an Muillin) (Paírc an soine).
    The Rock Field.
    It is so called because there is a big rock in the middle of it.

    Paírc na Leasa.
    It is so called because it has two forts in it which are joined together by a fence.

    Paírc an Muillin.
    It is so called because there was a flour-mill in it long ago.

    Paírc na gadra.
    So called because long ago the people had a garden there which contained flowers.
