- There is a cross in Farran called crois na mbunoc. There were unbaptized children buried there. One night when my grandfather was coming from the forge with the horse. He saw a crowd of girls running in a circle around the cross. The horse stopped and fell dead when my grandfather came home he had to go to bed and was sick for three whole weeks.
