    In olden times the people of Ancient Ireland used to make Boxty. They used to rasp raw potatoes put flour milk and salt on and mix together in a basin. Then cut in small squares and bake on a hot griddle.
    Another old custom was to make oaten bread. Mix oaten meal and salt and water. Then bake on
