  1. One night when my grandfather and I were sitting around the fire I asked him to tell me a few religious stories.
    Once when St. Patrick was praying on Croagh Patrick his crozier stuck in the ground and the point of it came out in New Zealand and that is why Ireland and New Zealand are the only two countries in the world which have no snakes.
    St. Patrick once wanted land on which to build a monastry and he asked the Druids for it. The Druids would not give it for anything but gold. St. Patrick had no gold but he prayed to God and
