    house and banished fairies, and told the people to leave back anything of the treasures that they could. The fairies went away after that. There are other treasures in the same place, but no one has courage to unearth them.
    The treasures were supposed to have been lost long ago. There was a pass from Moygara Castle to Ballinafad Castle. There was a lady going that way, and she had a lot of jewellery with her. She was lost, and it was supposed that she was lost in that particular spot, and no trace of her or her jewellery ever was found.
