Two men in the neighbourhood did this. Above Taylor's cross there is a well on the road called Taylor's well, this well went from one side of the road to the other.
On Glendine mountain there are two big rocks with writing cut out on them which no one can understand. Under a house at Northgrove, Mountrath there is a cave. The entrance to it cannot be found. In the wood behind Lacca church there were two houses and no trace of them is now to be found.
