  1. 90 years ago many families in Arigna only took two meals in the day. The breakfast consisted of oaten stirabout and mixed milk that is half new milk and half buttermilk. The second meal of the day consisted of potatoes and buttermilk.
    Most families however took three meals per day. One meal of stirabout and two of potatoes and milk. Tea was almost unknown
