    Herbs.
    The dock plant is a most harmful weed because it roots through the ground.Still there is some good in this weed as it is used for curing the sting of a nettle.
    The dandelion leaves eaten dry is good for people who have swollen tonsils and they are good for young chickens and turkeys.The dandelion is not harmful and grows in dry land.
    The bog bean is boiled and made into soup for a cure of rheumatism.
    If a person eats four feeds of ramps?or young nettles in Spring it is said that he will not get sick the whole year round.
