long time so the boys were wondering where the meal was coming from. They asked their mother and she told them about the fairy but that night there was no meal for the supper.
I have heard of the people who lived at Tullycoora Fort having a poor boy. He had no boots and every morning when went to the well he got a sixpence on a stone at the well. He got this until he had the price of the boots but the mistress of the house made him tell where he got the money so he told her and then he never got any more.
Once the secret was told there never was any more left.
