    Cure for Mumps
    A Person who had the mumps went to a house where an ass was kept and ask the boss to get the asses winkers and to put it on you and to lead you into the pig sty thrice and say some words in Irish.
    The Chin Cough.
    The cure of the chin cough is to get three charities. One from two people married of the same name. One from a man with a piebald pony and the third to go to a mill and get the miller to put you into the hopper and say three Angelical Salutations and stay there for five minutes.
    Toothache.
    Is to get a snail and hold it on your sore tooth and every step you'd take it will keep it away for one year.
