When the day of the wedding comes the Bride and the Bridegroom would go on horseback to the Church. The bride would dress in a white frock tailing on the ground as it was lucky to dress in white. As the old story says:-
Dress in white, you're sure to do right.
Dress in brown, you are sure to have a frown.
Dress in blue and you're sure to be true.
Dress in black and you're sure to be dark.
After they would get married they would go to the bride's house for breakfast. After that they would go to some sea-side resort where they would spent a the remainder of the day. At nightfall the wedlock band would return home and there would be a dance in the bride's home to celebrate the grand occasion, known as the best day in your live.
