  1. There is a well and it is situated in the townland of Carriceel. The McDonaghs own it. It is situated along the road now. About twenty years ago it was in Pat McDonaghs land. They would not let anyone take water out of it and they used to be fighting with the neighbours.
    This day Pat McDonagh went out to look at the cows and he eyed and saw it was gone out of his field. After that he never went fighting with anyone.
