    The holy wells in this locality at which people say prayers are "St. James' well" and "Tubar Kilb". "St. James' well" is in the townland of Ummeroe. People go there and perform stations on St. James' day. There is another well known as "Tuber Eilb" in the townland of Kilamey where people go and make stations and some stay a night in the house in which the St. lived. His grave is to be seen near hand the well. There are trees at St. James' well.
    There is a rock in the townland of Ballindoon and the track of St. Domnick's knees on it. There is holy water in the tracks. There are many other wells in the district. "Tubarhooley" is a well in the townland of Knockmore. "Paurk", "Maghera" and "Tubar Peige" are wells in the townland of
