    In rainy Weather.
    If the spiders break their webs and creep away.
    When the sky in rainy weather be coloured with a sea green the rain will continue.
    If the sun sets in dark heavy clouds.
    If in the Winter, there be a red sky at sunrise.
    If the sun sets pale.
    If the full moon rise pale.
    If there be many falling stars on a clear evening.
    If it rains and the sun shine.
    If the full moon rises red - wind
    If clouds suddenly appear in the north.
    If there be rain a few hours after sunrise there will be wet weather for at least a week.
    If there be a large circle around the moon.
    If there be a north wind in April.
    If mists rise and settle on the hill-tops.
    If there be in May a south-west wind.
    If the morning be clear and sunny.
    A rainbow in the morning is a shepherds warning.
    If the smoke from the chimneys blow down or if the soot falls down the chimney into the fire.
    If mice squeak in the walls.
