  1. Long, long ago in Eire there was a mighty army known as the Fenians. The captain of the army was one Finn Mac Cool who often visited and chased the deer on the Ox Mountains.
Once Finn and his army were marching along the Ox Mountains. There was a huge rock in their way. One of the men hit his head on this huge rock. Finn took up the rock and fired it. It fell outside "Glen" wood. It is called "Carraig an Eanaigh" or the "Rock of the Eanagh". There is the print of the man's head in the rock. It is remarkably huge rock standing alone in the middle of the "eanagh".
