  1. The name of my home district is Lisnarawer in the parish of Dromard and in the barony of Tireragh. There are about twelve families in our townland and there are about fifty people in it. The family name most common in our townland is Underwood. Most of the houses are thatched except a couple. Alot of people went from here to America. Long ago the houses were very numerous in the townland but now there are alot of them in ruins.
