like as if it had a stone fence around it. Stones are scattered around the fort too. All the forts that we know are shaped like a circle. The forts are built near the seashore or within a few miles of the sea. The sea can be seen from every one of them. One time and old woman named Lynott was alone in the evening near Sheeaun for when a little woman about a foot high came to her and asked her for a towel and a piece of butter. The old woman was frightened and she said she had nothing but the fairy told her where the towel was and where the butter was. She got them then and the fairy told her they were going to christen little Mary that night. Mary disappeared then and next morning the towel was found in a bush near the house.
