    Here terminated this discourse
    And the proprietor of the land
    Appeared himself in chief command
    Well mounted on a prancing steed
    Right for the door he did proceed
    And with a supercilious air
    He asked was he occupier there?
    Or had he cash prepared to pay
    His legal dies without delay
    The stranger then in accents clear
    Proclaimed aloud "The cash is here
    And the whole sum whateer it it be
    Forth with shall be advanced by me
    The lordling then sullen brow
    Inquired thus, "Whence comest thou
    The answer was - "It brings no shame
    On me to tell from whence I came
