- There are several roads in this country. There is one going from Dublin to Sligo and it is said that long ago a coach went on on this road and there is the ruins of an old stabling-house in Annaduff where they used to refresh their horses. They often had men there rubbing and cleaning horses for the journey next morning. About 30 years ago the motors and lorries came out and the roads were steam rolled and tarred and trough time the roads became stronger and better. No new roads are made nowadays.
