- (continued from previous page)The priest came along on horse back and he told Flynn to hurry on or he would be late for mass. Flynn told him that he was not able to run. He asked the priest to carry on the sadde behind him. The priest asked him did he not know that it was not right to side with a priest. The priest said that he would wait for him. Flynn ran a while and when the priest was out of his site he went back to where the rabbits were. The priest asked the people did they see Flynn. The people replied that he was in the rood pulling rabbits out of borrows with a briar. All right said the priest "he played on me once but he never will do it again." Flynn did not come till it was three o' clock and then the priest read mass.
