    As I lie down to take my sleep
    I give my soul to God to keep
    And if I die before a week
    I hope my soul He still will keep.
    God the Father bless me
    Jesus Christ defend and keep me
    The virtue of the Holy Ghost
    enlighten me
    This night & forever. Amen
    O my God I have to die. I do not know when, where or how but if I die in mortal sin I'm lost for ever. My sweetest Jesus have mercy on me and on all those who are in agony this night.
