    Once upon a time there was a witch living in Ireland. A little boy lived with her.

    Once upon a time there was a witch living in Ireland. A little boy lived with her. Three huntsmen came along one day and met with the little boy. They asked him about hares and said if he would raise a hare they would buy a pair of boots for him. The old witch came to hear the news and soon made a hare out of herself and told the boy where to put her up. The boy put up the hare for the huntsmen and the dogs gave her a hard chase. The boy thought she was going to be killed and he shouted to her "Run, Run, Granny for they will be dear boots on you". The witch was chased
