    Once upon a time when the soldiers were looking for Our Lord they came to a field of corn and it was in breard.

    hands of the child were full of scab. Our Lord went over to the child and caught its hands. The woman told Him not to catch its hands because he might be smitted. Our Lord said he would not and he rubbed its hands and a heap of money fell to the ground. All the scab that was on the child's hands turned into money and ever since they were never wanting money

    Once upon a time there was a man and he went away to look for work.

    Once upon a time there was a man and he went away to look for work. He walked on till it was night and he saw a lovely house. He went into it and he saw the king and his wife. The man asked him would he keep him and he would work for him. The king told him he would. Then the man asked him what wages would he give him and the king said he would give him his daughter.
