    and he hates to leave the old home. Two of the houses are owned by farmers and they are thatched. I understand that seventy or eighty years ago those two farms were owned by one moan but he devided the land and gave seventy acres to each of his two sons.
    The original owner was a man by the name of Walsh. Two more of the houses are labourers cottages. In one of the cottages lives an old woman of seventy six years. Her Husband died about a year and a half ago. She had a large family and most of them emigrated to America (some) some years ago. This [?] old woman was the hardest working woman ever known around here. She worked in the gardens and fields
