- We are sending the milk to the creamery at present, and we have no churn but we had one three years ago. It was a barrel-churn. It was three and a half feet in height. The sides of it were round. It was twelve years old. The various parts of it were, the barrel, the frame and the handle and lid. The butter was made once a week in Summer and once a forenight in winter.
