    On St. Brigid’s Night everybody puts a brand or hankerchiff out so that St. Brigid will bless them. Then when they had a headache they would tie the brand around their heads and it would get better.
    If a person’s hand was bleeding he would get a cobweb and put it to it and it would stop bleeding.
