    In the olden times the belief was that the country was filled with Fairies.

    often the persons having one cow would lose her. It happened that a man with one cow lived quite near a fort and it was supposed that it was filled with Fairies.
    The cow calved for this man and soon after her calving she died. This man was trying to rear the calf on what ever little milk he got from his neighbours. He had the calf started with a long roape in the garden.
    The calf was doing so well that his neighbours were all surprised and this man giving him so little food. One day as the man was out he looked
