    Patrick Ownes of Logboy was the best mower around this district. He used to mow an Irish acre and a half in the day. Mrs Raftery of Kiltullagh was one of the best walkers in this district.
    She used to walk from Ballindine to Kiltullagh and carry a suck calf on her back tied in her shawl.
    This is a distance of about thirteen miles.
