    In Freeley's field there is a high hill called Dun Fúar.

    In Freeley's field there is a high hill called Dun Fúar.
    It is said that in the Penal days some of the people build a house near the hill and hid there.
    This hill is on the left hand side of the road as you go from Gurrane to Cottage.
    This happened about 150 years ago.
