    Farm Animals
    We have cows, sheep, calves and an ass.
    When you would be calling a cow you would be say calling "Prough" and when driving her you would say "Naba"
    When you would be calling a heifer calf you would say "Bess" and a bullock "Suck"
    The bedding is straw. Long ago they used ferns, heath and moss\Cows are tied by chains which are bought in the shops
    A quiet cow is tied around the neck but a wild cow is tied by the horns
    Before a cow calves people used to hang a red flannel rag and a horse nail to the
